What I Offer

Develop a personal practice that leaves your life brimming with purpose.

What is a Personal Practice?

Simply put, a personal practice is one that supports your inward journey of self-exploration and healing. The idea is to move beyond the five senses so you can fully experience your reason for Being.

During our time together, we will focus on using spiritual tools and specific activities that are tailored to you, in the moment, to bring greater clarity around what the issue may be and what lies underneath it. The spiritual practice we develop together will guide you into a life that is more peaceful, powerful, and prosperous.

What does a Spiritual Practitioner do?

Unlike a psychologist or counselor, a Practitioner listens deeply to your issues, without advising. I am trained to see beyond the story of how you’ve arrived at where you are now, to the underlying beliefs about who you think you are. I will ask you insightful questions to help uncover your Truth. Together we will explore your beliefs beneath your feelings and emotions and ultimately allow you to develop new and empowering beliefs about yourself going forward. This is another way of contemplating, “out with the old and in with the new.”

Whereas psychotherapists look for the why, the behavioral causes to bring about change, spiritual practitioners search for the client’s underlying hidden beliefs in order to replace them with new beliefs to effect positive change.

Working with a Spiritual Practitioner is new to me. What can I expect?

Arrive with your heart open and your mind ready for new possibilities. Please know that what you share with me is held in strictest confidence. That means I will meet you where you are, both physically and emotionally, in the safest, most nurturing place you can possibly be.

In our session together, I usually give you some “life-work” to do at home. This life-work helps you learn and practice spiritual principles which will support you on your healing journey and remain useful for the rest of your life.”
